For the Celestia 2200 and 1800 watt products we need to apply a carriage surcharge of £40 in addition to the purchase price if ordering 1 or 2 items.

For orders of 3 or more there would not be a carriage surcharge.

Due to large volumes of parcels and pallets being put through the transport companies, we cannot guarantee a next delivery.

Please be aware you will need someone on hand to sign for the delivery and move the item into your property. Due to the weight of these products, we strongly recommend having 2 or more people for the lifting. Some EHC radiators may be delivered on a pallet. All pallets are delivered roadside.

If you are ordering multiple different items, we will always endeavour to dispatch your goods together. However, separate dispatches may be necessary if the items you have ordered are being shipped from different locations. EHC Heating Experience

The contacts inside the Radiators are protected with heat shrinkable insulated sleeves to ensure optimum safety. Multiple thermocouples within each Radiator provide overheat protection for additional safety. EHC Radiators are unique due to the metal ribs being individually spot welded which helps reduce any noise during the expansion and contraction cycle.

EHC Heat Retention Radiators heat the whole room evenly due to their high fin design. This high fin design provides six times of surface area compared to other heaters the same size, while helping warm air to circulate throughout the room by convection which in turn eliminates costly hot spots at ceiling height. As a result you will also experience enhanced heat at floor level and cosy feet.

An equal combination of radiant and convected heat gives a constant temperature throughout the room.
