Electric Radiators in Sheltered Housing

EHC have recently completed a project with a Local Authority which included 6 Sheltered Housing Complexes comprising of a total of 147 properties. The heating system prior to the installation of EHC Radiators was outdated storage heaters where tenants complained of high running costs and no controllability. With significantly increased comfort levels, reduced running costs and tenant satisfaction the EHC heating system ticks all the boxes.

All tenants were supported by EHC’s unique Total Care Package with running costs reported to the Social Landlord on a month-to-month basis.
